Learn Compassionate Professionalism

Intentional Legal teaches mindfulness and meditation to lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, and social workers, in the rooms where the work is hard and attention is tired. Trainings are built for your group, run from one to three hours online to a half day or full day on site, and each ends with a practice you can use before your next call.

The Professionals We Teach

Conflict Resolution

Stay steady in the room, no matter what enters it.

Trainings for mediators, arbitrators, and ombuds who work inside other people's conflict every day. We teach mindfulness-based techniques for neutrality, deep listening, and composure under pressure.

Social Work

Care for yourself so you can keep caring for others.

Trainings for social workers and the teams they work in, on presence, boundaries, and resilience on the job, with meditation practices that fit a caseload. Louisiana social work continuing education is offered in partnership with Law and Social Work.

Law

Professionalism aligned content, with practical skills.

Trainings for attorneys, delivered online or on site at your firm. Each session pairs professional responsibility content with practical mindfulness tools for focus, judgment, and client communication, and ends with a practice for the gap between one call and the next.
